| Silpro Skim Pro skim coat is a fast-setting, high performance, polymer-modified one component product for leveling and smoothing concrete, ceramic and quarry tile, terrazzo, wood, and water-insoluble cut-back adhesive prior to the installation of finished flooring like VCT, continuous vinyl flooring, or other standard flooring products. This Portland cement-based product mixes easily with water to produce a skim coat that is exceptionally easy to apply and does not require priming, Floor coverings can be installed in as little as 30 minutes, depending on type, thickness and drying conditions. |

FASCO |
Silpro Fasco, mixed with Silpro C-21 All Acrylic admix, is a fast-setting, polymer-modified, Portland cement-based mortar. Fasco has been developed for the successful flooring contractor who is interested in ways to meet demanding schedules without compromising on quality. As a superior patching, resurfacing, and leveling material for use over concrete and approved wooden substrates, Fasco facilitates same-day installation of floor coverings because of its ease of installation and short cure time. Additionally, Fasco provides a durable wear surface that can be used both indoors and outdoors, above or below grade, on horizontal and vertical surfaces, and can be applied down to a featheredge. Fasco is available in a gray color that resembles poured concrete. Floor coverings can be installed in as little as 1 hour, depending on type, thickness and drying conditions.

| Silpro Fastcrete is a fast-setting, Portland cement-based, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, one component, structural repair and leveling mortar. Use Fastcrete for interior and exterior restoration of deteriorated concrete elements and slabs. It may be placed into forms or used in horizontal applications. Fastcrete may be used as an exposed industrial wear surface or as an underlayment for resilient, carpet, laminate, ceramic tile, and wood flooring. Floor coverings can be installed in as little as 1 hour, depending on type, thickness and drying conditions. |

SILFLO 230 |
| Silpro Silflo 230 is a fast-setting, high performance, multi-purpose, Portland cement-based, polymer-modified topping that can be used as a self-leveling underlayment or as an exposed wearing surface for interior applications. As an underlayment, it is recommended for resurfacing and leveling interior concrete, wood, cement terrazzo, quarry, and ceramic tile floors prior to the installation of resilient flooring, ceramic tile, wood flooring, laminate, or carpet. It is also an excellent light-to-moderate duty wearing surface when coated with an appropriate pigmented coating. Floor coverings can be installed in as little as 12 hours, depending on type, thickness and drying conditions. |

MASCO |
| Silpro Masco is a polymer-modified, Portland cement-based mortar used for patching, resurfacing, and leveling floors. It can serve as a wearing surface or as an underlayment for carpet, tile, wood, sheet goods, athletic surfaces, etc. The specially formulated Masco powder is mixed on the job with Silpro C-21All Acrylic admix. Masco provides a tough, resilient surface that is highly resistant to abrasion and impact, and can withstand extreme fluctuations of temperature. Use it indoors our outdoors, above or below grade, on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, and in areas that may become totally submerged. |

MASCRETE |
| Silpro Mascrete is a polymer-modified, Portland cement-based mortar used for patching, resurfacing, and leveling floors, or as an underlayment for any floor covering. Mascrete can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 1/8” to ¾” when mixed right from the bag (neat), or from ¾” to 3” when extended with 40# - 80# of clean, washed and drained, 3/8” crushed stone. The specially formulated Mascrete powder is mixed on the job with Silpro C-21 All Acrylic admix. Mascrete provides a tough, resilient surface that is highly resistant to abrasion and impact, and can withstand extreme fluctuations of temperature. Use it indoors or outdoors, above or below grade, and in areas that may become totally submerged. |

C-21 ALL ACRYLIC |
| Silpro C-21 All Acrylic is a 100% acrylic latex that can be used as an admix/internal bonding agent or primer. C-21 All Acrylic is a water-based cement modifier admix/internal bonding agent that enhances the performance properties of cementitious mortars and coatings. And when you add it to the mix, it forms a plastic matrix, or film, that helps retain water and promotes cement hydration, resulting in improved compression (crushing) strength without wet curing. It gives Portland cement and gypsum mixes greatly improved tensile and flexural strength, flexibility, and maximum adhesion to old or new concrete surfaces for patching, grouting, or coating. C-21 All Acrylic increases the abrasion, chemical, and water resistance of these mixes making them ideal for application on floors, ramps, sidewalks, masonry walls, etc. It is classified as a non-reemulsifiable bonding admixture. C-21 All Acrylic is an essential component of Silpro Masco, Fasco and Mascrete. It may also be used in Silpro California Stucco, Concrete Finish, Seal Cote and Easy Patch. | Silpro Masonry Lusta is a clear acrylic solvent-based liquid sealer for use on brick, slate, granite, limestone, terrazzo, masonry, concrete, and exposed aggregate surfaces. It brings out the natural brilliance and color of materials used in patios, chimneys, fireplaces, floor slabs, etc. Masonry Lusta seals mortar and masonry grout against water and stains, eliminating powdering of the mortar joints and makes cleaning quicker and easier. Masonry Lusta is unaffected by weak acids, salts and many chemicals, and does not yellow or discolor. It can also be touched up or recoated. Available in Gloss or Matte (semi gloss) Finish. |

EASY PATCH |
| Silpro Easy Patch is a rapid-setting, low shrinkage, Portland cement-based repair mortar. Use it for patching and repairing concrete indoors or outdoors, above or below grade, without using forms. A 2” deep patch can be walked on in 4-6 hours and driven over in 10-20 hours. Use Easy Patch for restoring damaged concrete where the molding and shaping of the finished surface is important. It can be carved and shaped as it hardens. |
